How quickly will I get a reply?

WhatsApp and phone enquiries are answered within about 10 minutes during the day and usually within 30 minutes at night. Enquiries sent through this page go straight to our booking team on WhatsApp, so please keep your phone handy.

What details should I keep ready before calling?

Your travel date and pickup time, pickup address, destination or full route, number of passengers, number of days and whether you need a one-way or round trip. With these five details we can give you an exact fare in one call.

Do you take advance payment to confirm a booking?

A small token advance (usually ₹1,000–₹2,000 depending on the trip) confirms your vehicle and driver. The balance is payable at the end of the trip by cash, UPI or bank transfer. A GST invoice is issued on request.

Can I cancel or reschedule after booking?

Yes. Cancel more than 48 hours before pickup for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours may attract a nominal charge, which is informed upfront at the time of booking. Rescheduling is free, subject to vehicle availability on the new date.

Do you provide tempo travellers outside Pune city limits?

Yes. We regularly handle pickups from Lonavala, Talegaon, Satara, Kolhapur, Nashik and Mumbai for outstation tours, weddings and corporate movements. Share the location and we will confirm the pickup charge, if any.
